The staff, especially Renee at the front desk, were friendly and incredibly helpful, providing tips on local attractions and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We also loved the hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the beach!

I stayed for a couple of nights to explore Galveston and its historic sites. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to help, especially during the hurricane-related challenges.
