The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating all the time. The rooms were outstanding and fine, they come with internet and the television and a great view.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Everything was great, it's fairly clean and beautiful hotel. The venue was short walk to the beach and restaurants and Galveston after a cruise thanks to its excellent location.

Really enjoyed the room, it was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in the 2-queen bedroom. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone. The location was decent way down the seawall and the staff here was very very helpful and really helpful.

The room was tastefully decorated and cozy, had flat screen cable TV, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The view of the beach from the window was amazing, really enjoyed it.

The place was fairly clean with a very nice helpful staff on night shift. The rooms at this hip new hotel were immaculately clean and nicely decorated in the 2-queen bedroom. The location turned out to be magnificent and perfect. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station.

Booked Disability Access room with a king size bed, a nice view and the television worked for ten minutes then turned off, which I really appreciated. The location of this great and excellent hotel was decent, still on the beach.

The room is exceptionally clean and well decorated with exceptional views of the ocean. The beds are comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus in Galveston. The lobby and hallways were well-maintained, and the cleanliness of the hotel stood out. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The pool area was clean and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite and a welcoming bottle of water. The comfortable mattresses and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The attention to detail, from leaving the AC on in the room to the care given by the employees, truly made this hotel standout.

Although the room had a mildew smell initially, it dissipated over time. Additionally, the shampoo bottles were on the smaller side and not enough for two people.

Comfortable beds, good shower head, and helpful front desk staff. Convenient location across from the beach. Beautiful lobby and nice pool area. Limited breakfast options but grab and go bags provided. a great place to rest after a day at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to some great shops. The room was clean and smelled fresh, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a highlight, with plenty of seating and a nice, relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the grab and go breakfast bags, which had a good variety of snacks and drinks. this place exceeded our expectations and made our vacation even better!

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
